This is to inform you that after so many requests had been sent to you for submitting Résumé's, 2 Photos and Offer letter copy (if selected for any company), but there was no proper response from your end. In this regard we are giving you final reminder to submit their details before 2nd May, 2009 or else you will not allow to get your certificates from the college. Treat this matter urgent and act accordingly.
Whenever there will be any placement drive is going to be conducting either ON CAMPUS /OFF CAMPUS, attend the drives without fail. It will give you the stage, where you are exactly and which area you have to improve to get the right job. Please co- operate with the college because you are the pride for college

SUB :FINISHING SCHOOLTRAINING FOR PRESENT FINAL YEAR ENGG
GRADUES AS PER INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT – REG.
JNTUH is very much keen to propose the idea of conducting Finishing school program for Final year B.Tech Students of all branches of Engineering for about 5 weeks with industry collaboration to suit their needs. This training will be conducted on regular basis every year for students of all affiliated engineering colleges of JNTUH.
These students who are having 70% and above of aggregate marks upto B.Tech IV/I-Semester and without any backlogs are only eligible. They are expected to maintain atleast 70% aggregate after IV/II results also. An aptitude test will be conducted followed by the interview for the final selection of the students.
The application form can also be downloaded from JNTUH website(www.jntuh.ac.in). Principal certified application forms along with registration fee of Rs 500/- drawn in favour of Coordinator, finishing school, payable at Hyderabad should reach the same on or before 2nd May 2009. The course fee is Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) for the entire course. Working lunch will be provided during the course.

You are fresh out from education. You may think getting a job is tough task in this recession. Even in this so called recession still companies are having requirements and still fresher like you are getting employed in reputed concerns. Nothing harm if you are not employed very soon after your graduation, don't loose the opportunity around you.
Take care about choice of career: It is most common issue to talk about. Try to the extent for a career which matches your educational qualification. Choose appropriate career. No career and no company is with out challenges, there is nothing called Cool job. "If the career you have chosen has some unexpected inconvenience, console yourself by reflecting that no career is without them." Every one of us has to work hard to success in their career.
Research the Job World: Do research about the opportunities around you. You may not ever hear about the job profile before, but it may suit to your profile. Take some to analyze about the particular opportunity and opening.
Don't get frustrated: Being unemployed, is the hardest time for every one. Don't get disheartened. Believe in you. "If you are not able to accomplish, then you else can". Have a belief that you are the Best. Be best in what is good in you.
Keep Updating New Things: Internet is the biggest media where you can get worldwide knowledge. Make use of new technologies around you. The environment in job market is highly competitive, so be prepared to fight.
Beware of Job Fraud: Analyze about the company before you walk-In. It is not mean that you must get in to Level companies only. Just check their business plan and status, Start up year and yearly turnover etc from their site. Drop the companies which asking for deposit. Take time to read your offer and appointment letter very carefully, check whether they have mentioned committed salary structure and other allowances, because I am hearing candidates are saying that their previous company was not providing committed CTC to them, so beware. There are companies engaging in fraudulent activities with candidates.
Self Confident, Self Regulation and Motivation are soft skills you have to cultivate in you to survive in Employment World. Opportunity will never come to your end; you have run around for it.
