INVITATION FOR POOL CAMPUS DRIVE OF 24/7 CUSTOMER HYDERABAD AT MLR IT ON 7/4/09-reg


DEAR FACULTY/STUDENTS,

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS A PLACEMENT DRIVE OF 24/7 CUSTOMER, HYDERABAD ON 7TH APRIL, 2009 AT MLR IT, DUNDIGAL.  ALL B.TECH AND MCA OF 2009 PASSOUTS ARE  ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRIVE.  ALL THE STUDENTS SHOULD ATTEND THE DRIVE.   THERE IS NO CUT OFF PERCENTAGE.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  CYBERNET SLASH SUPPORT DRIVE CONDUCTED ON 27/03/09 AT MLR IT,  BUT OUR STUDENTS ARE NOT ATTENDED,  THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY TREATED BY OUR MANAGEMENT.  PRESENT INDUSTRY ALSO NOT GOOD.  IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE DRIVES, MANAGEMENT CAN'T SUPPORT US TO CONDUCT DRIVES FOR YOU,  SO TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND UTILISE THE OPPORTUNITIES.  CONVEY THE INFORMATION TO ALL STUDENTS. ABSENTEES ARE TREATED VERY SERIOUSLY.

Selection Criteria

 

 

Round 1. Candidates will be assessed on pivotal parameters like language ability, sentence construction, free flowing speech and regional interference. They will also be assessed on attitude, presence of mind and stability.

 

Round 2. The candidate needs to score an aggregate of 60% in listening test.

 

Round 3.  The candidates will be assessed on parameters like sentence structure, though flow – comprehension, colloquialism, accent and pronunciation, flair for customer service, vocal qualities such as tone, pitch, rate of speech & modulation.

 

Round 4.  The candidates will be assessed on criteria like stability, process fitment, effective probing, team spirit and stress tolerance
