MLR Institute of Technology is conducting a Pool Campus Recruitment drive for 2009 B.Tech/MCA Graduated Batch at the Institute on 6th March 2010 at 10 AM
Job Role : IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate - 100 % VOICE BASED (Fresher (Immediate Joinees) and 6 to 18 months of experience)
2009 batch would be preferred
Shift : Yes ( Should be Flexible)
Job Location: Hyderabad
Eligibility: 2009 Graduated B.Tech and MCA Students.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
Test Process:
1) GD Round (Wil check on their communication)
2) Technical Round (Hardware and Networking aspects)
3) Operations Manager Round
4) V &A (Voice and Accent Round)
Note:-The Job is purely Technical and not a BPO.
Documents to Carry:ID Proof,Xerox copies of all Academic certificates,2 passport size photographs,
And Resume Copies.
