This is to inform you that NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a "Campus Recruitment Drive" for "SUNIL HI TECH ENGINEERS LIMITED" for 2008 & 2009 passing out Engineering & Diploma (GET/DET) candidates.

Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd is a niche-player in the thermal power sector. SHEL primarily provides services (like fabrication and erection) for setting up power stations and related services. SHEL comprises of a dynamic management team of intellectual, enterprising directors; promoted by Mr. Ratnakar Gutte (CMD).
The registered office of the company is situated at Parli-Vaijnath, Maharashtra and its Corporate Office at 97, East High Court Road, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The company has over 15 years of accumulated knowledge, experience and demonstrated results in the fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of thermal power plants with high precision quality including doing individual works under BoP. An ISO 9001:2000 certified company, Sunil Hitech undertakes the erection, testing and commissioning of boilers and auxiliaries of up to 500 MW capacity, pressure parts, ESP and piping, and structural work in main plant building, bunker bay and miscellaneous structures up to 660 MW

REQUIREMENT DETAILS
Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) & Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET) Number of vacancies (Pan India): 90 (Ninety) Batch: 2008 Batch (45 vacancies) & 2009 Batch (45 Vacancies) Job Location: Anywhere in India Cut Off Criteria For submission of database: 60% and above in engineering or diploma Semester average (as on date). Gender: Male or Female
GET / DET Joining Details: 2008 Batch candidates have to join at Nagpur, Maharasthra within Jan 2009 2009 Batch candidates have to join at Nagpur, Maharasthra within June 2009.
All selected candidates has to undergo a 1 year specialized training program which will have 2 phases:
Phase 1: All selected candidates has to undergo a company sponsored training program - "Advance Training in Power & Infrastructure Management" from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology & Science (KITS), Ramtek, Nagpur, Maharasthra for 4 months.
Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has made an academic Joint venture with Kavikulguru Institute of Technology & Science (KITS), Ramtek to train their selected candidates for 4 months and the training cost (approximately Rs. 1.5 lacs) will be borne entirely by the company and paid directly to KITS.
Please note that selected candidates will not have to pay any sort of training fees. However, during the first 4 months of training period, Sunil HiTech Engineers Ltd will not pay any stipend to the selected candidates (except organizing lunch & arranging for Hostel facility during the first 4 months at KITS Training).
Phase 2: On completion of the training in Power & Infrastructure Management, the candidates will undergo 8 months of on-site traineeship at project sites. During this period of traineeship the candidates will be paid the following stipend:
Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET): Rs. 8000 pm for 8 months + accomodation. Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET): Rs. 7000 pm for 8 months + accomodation.
After completion of the training period, salary for the GET/DET will be as per the industry standards (Approx. Between Rs. 1.44 - 1.80 lacs + other standard benefits & facilities as per the company policies) which will be finalized during confirmation.
Candidate has to sign a 1 year (Non-Financial) service bond at the time of joining. |

Selection Process:
Round 01: Preliminary Selection Test (Apptitude & related). Shortlisted candidates from Round 01 will be eligible for Round 02 at a later date.
Tentative Date for Round 01:14th Dec 2008 (Sunday)
Round 02: PPT followed by Personal Interview (Technical & HR) Tentative Date for Round 02: 16th Dec 08' (Tuesday)
Please note that the list of final selected candidates from Round 02 will be declared later on (after Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd completes the pan-india recruitment process).
